Petition under Arlicle 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased lo issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly a Writ in the nature of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the respondent Nos.4 and 5 in regularizing the house bearing No. 6- 50/8/3, along with appurtenant plot of land ad measuring 968 Square Yards covered by Sy.
