This Writ Petition is frled seeking direction to the respondent Nos.1 to 4 to release service connection and meter to the petitioner's property bearing Plot.No.51, admeasuring an area of 360.OO Sq.yds. or 3O3.5 Sq.mtrs. situated in the Sy.Nos.11/19, ll/2O and 11 121 of Viilage Khanammet, forming part of the layout plan approved by Kondapur Gram Panchayat and situated within the^jurisdiction of Joint Sub-Registrar II of the Office of the District Registrar, Ranga Reddy District, without any (eference to instruction given by Special Ollicer and Competent Authority Urban Land Ceiling Hyderabad and proceedings of the 5th Respondent G.H.M.C and to^pass such other order or orders.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TSSPDCL appearing for respondents No.1 to 4 and Mr.M.A.K.Mukheed, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC appearing for respondent No.s. With their consent, the u,rit petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself

The above said submission is not disputed by the learned Standing Counsels appearing for the respondents herein.

In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the orders referred to above, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage directing the respondents to release individual service connection to the petitioner's property within a period of four (04) s,eeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, subject to the petitioner fullilling other formalities and conditions stipulated by TSSPDCL. The service connection so given shall be subject to further directions that may be issued by the State of Telangana or the Apex Court in the litigation pending before it arising out of the order dated 12.O9.2012 in W.P.No.2O4O7 of 2OO8 and batch. There shall be no order as to costs.
