This apprication is fired seeking to extend the time granted vide order dated 03.04.2023 in W.p.No.74 of 2023.

Vide the aforesaid order this court suspended the Loc issued by responcrent No.4 against the petitioner ti[ 30.0g.2023, considering the submissions made by petitioner that he wiI come back to rndia and co-of,erate with the Trial court in disposar of c.c.No.706 of 2022. This court arso directed the respondents not to arrest the petitioner under the guise of pendency of the Loc. A.fter coming to rndia, if the petitioner wants to traver abroad, riberty is granted tc seek permission from rearned Xfl chief Metroporitan Magistrate, Hyderabad in C.C.No.706 of 2022.

He has fired an interrocutory apprication vide r.A.No.04 of 2o23 seeking extension of the time on the ground that despite booking ticket he feil sick. considering the said fact, vide order dated 22.09.2023, the said time was extended up to 15.11.2023.

Now, he has fired the present apprication seeking extension of time ti 01.12.2a23 on medicar grounds. However, he has fired copy of airrine ticket booked by him which shows that he is landing in lndia on 3O.11.2023.

ln the light of the said submission, considering the said facts, this application is ordered and time granted vide order dated 03.04.2023 in w.P.No.74 ot 2023 and extended by this court vide order dated 22.09.2023 in l-A'No.04 ot 2023 is extended up to 01.12.2023. The petitioner shail co-operate with the trial court in c.c.No.706 ot 2022. rf, the petitioner fairs to co-operate with the trial court in disposar of the above said c.c by appearing before the said Court, liberty is granted to respondent Nos.1 to 6 to take steps in accordance with law.
