Learned counsel for the petitioner brings on record, the memo seeking withdrawal of the present writ petition No.6842 of 2023 which has been acknowledged by the registry on 03.07.2023, and the contents of the said memo read as under:
"The petitioner submits that the petitioner gave consent for giving the land admeasuring 4,L22.30 Sq.Yards to lay 100 feet road and executed the consent letter in favour of GHMC to that affect. The copy of the Consent Letter is filed herewith. In view of the consent given by the Petitioner, the Petitioner is \ending to withdraw the above Writ Petition."
2, Taking into consideration the contents of the memo (referred to and extracted above dated 03.07.2023) and duly considering the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
