Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a letter dated 27.05.2022 from State Bank of India, CCRC, LHO, Hyderabad, is placed before this Court to the effect that the petitioner has retired from service on attaining the age of superamuation. In view of the same, no cause survives in the writ petition

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
