Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue writ order or direction especially one in the Nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the seizure of the petitioners vehicle (Bus) bearing No.AP 22 X 4578 vide vehicle check report No.0074901 dt.09-02-2023 is itlegal, arbitrary and further declare the action of the 2nd respondent in insisting the petitioner to pay three district tax @ Rs.3,2851 per seat per quarter for release of vehicle is also illegal, arbitrary, contrary to T.S M V. Act and the rules made there under and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to release the^petitioners vehicle^(Bus) bearing No.AP 22X4578.
