Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned Orders of ryiection .il of appeal issued by the Director of School Education, Telangana in Rc.No. 1848/TRANS/Ser.lV-2120151 Appeals-Hyd and War, dated 8-'10-2018 in so far as the petitioner is concerned, communicated to the^petitioner in the month of December, 2018 as being illegal, arbitrary, unjust, contrary to the Transfer Rules framed in G.O.Ms.No. 16, Edn., dated 6-6-2018 and also violative of A(icles 14, 16 of the Constitution of lndia and consequently declare that the petitioner is
