revenue records as pattadars and possessors in respect ot. lands situated in Survey Nos.299, 301, 319, 32O and 32L admeasuring Acs.g.02 guntas, Acs.g.13 guntas, Acs. 10.17 guntas, Acs. 13.16 guntas and Acs.15.21 guntas s.ituated at Nagarkurnool Town, Mahabubnagar District, basing upon a decree stated to have been passed in O.S.No.20 of 1992, dated 31.O7.1996 and 09.12.2O14 on the hle of the Senior Civil Judge, Nagarkurnool Town, Mahabubnagar District. The said representation was forwarded by respondent No.2 to respondent No'4 for taking appropriate action in accordance with raw. In terms thereof, respondent No.4 required the parties to submit an application under Form VI-A of the Telangana Rights in Larrd and Pattadar Passbooks Act, lg7 I (for short, ,the Act, 197 1 ,) and the petilioners herein submitted such an application and consequent thereon, respondeot No.4 issued a notice in Form VIII, dated tl .Ot.2OLZ , requiring the petitioners and other parties to appear for enquiry on 31.01.2O 17. But, the respondent No.4, even before the date fixed for conducting enquiry, passed the impugned order, dated 2S.O I .2017 , rejecting the claim of the petitioners. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioners in W.p.No.46S2 of 2O7Z approached this Court questioning the said proceedings, dated 2S.Ol.2Ol7 .
