Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution ol India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not making the payment of the compensalion to the petitioner even to the approved extent of 4804 Sq. Meters of the open area of house property bearing No. 2-13018 at Nagarala village, Sreerangapuram Mandal, Wanaparthy District, by passing the final award in terms of the draft award submitted by the 3rd respondent to the 2nd respondent in file No. Bll43l20l8, d,ated, 26-07 -2022 though the above property of the petitioner was submerged in the project in the year 2009, as illegal, unlawful, contrary to law and consequently direct the respondents to pass the final award and pay the proposed compensation as mentioned in the draft award at least in respect of the above property by leaving it open to the petitioner to work out her claim for the remaining 55 Sq. Meters and shed,
