This Writ Petition is filed questioning the notice issuecl by the fifth respondent in File No.D/3152 12019 dared 23. ll.2022 proposing to pay compensation to the unofficial respondents in respect of the subject land, as illegal and arbitrary.

This Court, while ordering notice to unofficial respondents, passed interim order directing the respondents 2 to 4 not to disburse Lhe compcnsation covered by the impugned notice by an order dated 17.O2.2O23 and learned counsel for the petitioncr rvas perrnittecl to take out personal notice on respondent Nos.7 to 10. personal notice taken out on lespondent Nos.7, 9 and lO u/ere served and postal acknowledgments were already placed on record. Insofar as the notice sent to the eighth respondent is concerned, the same was returned by the postal authorities with an endorsement ,refused, and hence, the servicc on the eighth responclent is treated as complete.
