ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Labour, Emplo5rment and Training appearing on behalf of respondents fairly submits that Respondent No.1 issued G.O.Ms.No.3, Dated IO.O2.2023, considering the application made by the petitioner's Societ5r for starting new private ITI in the name and style of Sri Vidyanjali Private ITI, Ibrahimpatnam, Rangareddy District and placed a copy of the said G.O.

In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Pleader and also the G.O. issued by the Respondent No. 1 dated lO .O2.2O23, no further orders are required.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
