Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring that the action of the Respondents Nos.2 & 3 in not providing access to the Gazette Notification Register for the year 2022, as sought under the R.T.l. Application, dated 19.08.2022 and the Appeal dated 24.O9.2022, filed by the petitioner under Section 19(1) of the Right to lnformation Act, 2005 with regard to the extension of preliminary notification, bearing No.G1152112018, dated 30.01 .2021, vide Gazette No.4112022, ante dated 28.01 .2022, for a period of one year from 30.01.2022 to 30.01 .2023, for acquisition of land to an extent of 4cs.1O2.13/z Guntas, situated at Mutrajpally Village, Gajwel Mandal, Siddipet Dlstrict, for construction of Rehabilitation and Resettlement Colony, for project displaced families of Mallanna Sagar Reservoir, a part of the Kaleshwaram Project, under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 as illegal, improper, arbitrary, unjust, contrary to law, and violative of Principles of Natural Justice, besides being contrary to the true spirit and very object of the Provisions of the Right to lnformation Act, 2005 and consequently to direct the Respondents to provide access to the information / inspection sought for in terms of the application dated 19.08.2022.
