No. 16/2013 as highly illegal, arbitrary, unjust and without jurisdiction and (b) demand and collection of FSA charges relating to 3rd quarter of 2012-13 by the 2nd respondent by including the same in the honthly bills of July, August and September, 2013 as highly illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction and contrary to Clauses 9 and 10 of the Regulation No. 45-B of the A.p. Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulation, 1999, and consequently set aside the same.
