Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri L. Ramdas, learned Assistant Government Pleader representing learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents.

petitioner that the petitioner is ready to receive the said compensation amount. But, the respondents are not releasing the said amount to the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner approached this Court by Iiling the present writ petition.
4, Sri L. Ramdas,' learned Assistant Government Pleader representing learned Additional Advocate General, placed before this Court the written instructions received from respondent No.3. From a perusal ol the said instructions, it is noticed that an award was already passed as early as on 26.07.2021 uide proceedings in Rc.No.G/379212O2O and the petitioner is found to have been entitled to the compensation of Rs. 18,66,848/and the same will be paid shortly i.e., after passing the supplementary award, which is pending before respondent No.2 herein. He further submitted that the said process is 1ike1y to take two more weeks time and thc respondents would pay compensation to the pctitioner.
