Mr. S. Lakshmikanth, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that during pendency of the present writ petition, respondent No.2 has passed an order dated 26.11.2022. In view of the same, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file fresh writ petition. He has also made an endorsement on the case file to that effect.
Granting liberty, as sought, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the
Writ Petition shall stand closed.
