This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to declare action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not considering his Dharani application bearing No.2300137539 dated 04.09.2023 for mutating his name in revenue Records (Dharani portal) and for issuance of e-pattadar passbook in respect of his land admeasuring Ac.l-00 guntas in Survey No.200/A situated at Bhanur Viltage, Patancheru Mandal, Sanga Reddy District, as being illegal and arbitrary.

Heard leamed Counsel for the petitioner, leamed Assistant Government Pleader lor Revenuc appearing lor respondents, and perused the material on record

Petitioner claims to be owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac. l -00 guntas ln Survey No.200/A situated at Bhanur Village, Patancheru Mandal, Sanga Reddy District, having purchased the same from Mr. Bachupally Venkata Reddy and Mr. Egela Jayaram Reddy by virtue ol registered sale deed bearing document No. 16498 of 2007 dated 13.08.2007. was classified as Patta land in Khasra Pahani for the year 1954-55 The names of vendors of vendors of the petitioner^were mutated in the revenue records, however narnes of petitioner's^vendor was not mutated in the revenue records. Petitioner has submitted Dharani application bearing No.2300137539 dated 04.09.2023 for mutating his name in the revenue records and for issuance of e-pattadar passbook in respect of the subject land. However, there is inaction on the part of respondents in processing the Dharani application of the petitioner, as such, he is constrained to approach this Court.

Learned Assistant Govemment Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents has submitted that appropriate action wilt be taken Dharani application submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law

Recording the aforesaid submission of the leamed Assistant Govemment Pleader for Revenue, without going into the merits of case, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider petitioner's Dharani application bearing No.2300137539 dated 04.09.2023 for mutating his name in revenue Records (Dharani portal ) and for issuance of e_pattadar
