I -30 guntasin Survey No. 146' situatedat Tummalur Village, MaheshwaramMandal, Ranga Reddy District, as being illegal, arbitraryandunconstirutional.

in Survey No. 146, and they were also issued e-pattadar passbooks Nos.T05160250429, wirh Khata No.842 and T05160251449, with Khata No.60094, respectively in respect of the subject land. It is submitted that the neighbouring land owners are trying to interfere with the possession of the petitioner and in order to protect the subject land from neighbouring owners and land grabbers, she submitted F-line application No.D8R022300881544, dated 01.05.2023, for conducting survey and demarcation by fixing boundary stones in the subject land. The grievance of the petitioners is that there is a delay on the part of the respondents in considering their application, as such, they are constrained to approach this'Court.
