This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in showing the classification of the land as 'laoni patta' instead of^'patta' against the petitioners' agricultural lands in Survey No.43BIAA3 (Acs.5-00 Guntas), Survey No.438/AA4 (Acs.5-00 Guntas) and Survey No.438/AA5 (Acs.5-00 Guntas), total land admeasuring Acs.1 5-00 Guntas, situated as Thimmapur t\4andal, It/andamarri Mandal, Mancherial District, in Dharani Portal along with revenue records, as illegal and arbitrary.

lt is stated that the petitioners are absolute owners and possessors of the aforesaid subject lands having purchased the same from the grandsons of Mr. Kurma Lingadu in the year'1997. From the date of purchase, the petitioners have been in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the same and their names were entered in the revenue records. They were issued pattadar passbqoks and title deeds. lt is stated that in the digital pattadar pass books issued in favour of the petitioners, the classification of the subject lands is being shown as 'laoni patta'. Grievance of the petitioners is that though the subject lands are patta lands, in their pattadar passbooks and in Dharani records, the same are mistakenly shown as^'laoni patta'. lt is

also stated that after enquiry, the then Tahsildar, Mandamarri, issued proceedings No. 8/2688/2016 dated 2g.11.2016 stating that while writing the pahani for the year 1gg2-g3, the revenue authorities have mistakenly shown the classification of the subject rands as ,raoni patta, instead of 'patta' against the subject rands and the same mistake continued in the pahanies of subsequent years and, therefore, the Village Revenue Officer, Thimmapur, was directed to make correction as regards the classification of the subject lands wrongly shown as 'laoni patta' instead of 'patta' in the revenue records and Dharani Portal. The petitioners submitted Dharani online Application Nos.2300003356, 2300003375, 2300006491, dated 05.01.2023, 05.01.2023 and 01.01.2023, respectively, for deleting the wrongly shown crassification of the subject rands in the revenue records and Dharani Portal, but the respondents have not yet acted upon the said applications, as such, the petitioners are constrained to approach this Court.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the Dharani online Application Nos.2300003356, 2300003375, 2300006491, dated 05.01.2023, 05.0.t.2023 and 07.01.2023, respectively, submitted by the petitioners for correction of the classification of the land wrongly shown as 'laoni patta' instead of 'patta' in the revenue records and Dharani portal in respect of the subject lands in Survey No.43B/AA3 (Acs.5-00 Guntas), Survey No.438/AA4 (Acs.5-00 Guntas) and Survey No.438/AA5 (Acs.5-00 Guntas), total land admeasuring Acs.'lS-00 Guntas, situated as Thimmapur Mandal, Mandamarri lvlandal, Mancherial District, by issuing notice to the concerned/interested persons and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
