on Agriculture Holdings) Act, 1973 claiming that he is in possession of the said open house plots and the Land Reforms Tribunal excluded the land admeasuring Acs.l38-00 guntas from the above survey numbers. It is submitted that respondent No.3 issued proceedings No.B/I795/2018, dated 07.07.2021, reverting back the land admeasuring Acs.l38-00 guntas in Survey Nos. 244, 248 and 263 from the ceiling surplus land whereas the extent of land in Survey Nos.252,253, 258,261 and 262 have not been mentioned in the said proceedings. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioners submitted representations dated 07 .07 .2021, 03.12.2022, 21.1.2.2021. and 17.05.2023 to respondent No.3 but no action has been taken. On being advised, the petitioners submitted Dharani application Nos.2300154077 and 2300154147, dated 11.10.2023, and also representation dated 24.10.2023, for rectifuing the entries made in the revenue records in respect of the subject open house plots by removing the same from the ceiling surplus land but the petitioners did not receive any response. The grievance of the petitioners is that there is delay on the part of respondents in disposing of their applications/representations due to which they are unable to sell their respective plots or to proceed with any construction in the subject open house plots, as such, they are constrained to approach this Court.
