This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to declare action of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not considering the Dharani application of the petirioner bearing No.2300136403 dated 31.08.2023 for mutating the name of the petitioner in revenue Records (Dharani portal ) and for issuance of e-pattadar passbook in respect of his land admeasuring Acs.4-00 guntas in Survey Nos.240, 241 and 249 situated at produttur and Mokilla Shivar of Villages of Shankarpalty Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as being illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Govemment Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents, and perused the material on record.

Petitioner claims to be the owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Acs.4-00 guntas in Survey No.24O, 241 and 249 situated at Produttur and Mokilla Shivar of Villages of Shankarpalty Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, having inherited the

same from his father, Mr. Mandumula Jangaiah. The petitioner has been in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the subject land since very long time. Petitioner has submitted written representation to respondent No.4 on 21.08.2023 requesting him to mutate his name in the revenue records (Dharani portal) and for issuance of e-pattadar passbook in respect of the subject land. That on being advised, petitioner has submitted online application bearing No.2300136403 dated 31.08.2023 through Dharani portal in respect of the subject land. Grievance of the petitioner is respondent authorities are not acting upon the Dharani application of the petitioner, as such, he is constrained to approach this Court.

Leamed Assistant Govemment Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents has .submitted that appropriate action will be taken Dharani apptication submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law.
