Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the respondents to pass orders on the online grievance application vide applications No. 2300160798 dated 12.10.2023 and correct the revenue entries and issue new patta pas book for the above said land consisting of agricultural land in Sy No. 239/E to an extent of Ac 0.39 guntas situated at Kodicherla Village Kothur mandal Ranga Reddy District Telangana State having acquired the same from his mother Bollepaka Jangamma who inturn got the same from her father Porandla Ramaiah @ Ramaiah and also declaring the highhanded action of the respondents in not passing the order on grievance application mentircned above and in not correcting the entries in the revenue records as arbitrary unjust and violative of Article 14, 21 and 300-4 of the Constitution of lndia

Heard lcarned Counsel for the petitioner, leamed Assistant Government Pleadel for Revenue appearing for respondents, and perused the rnaterial on record.

Petitioner claims to be absolute owner of the land admeasuring Ac.0-39 guntas in Survey No.239lE situated at Kodicherla Village, Kothur Mandal, Ranga Reddy Distlict, having acquired the same from his mother Ms. Bollepaka Jangamma. The mother of the petitioner acquired the property fiom her father

Mr. Porandla Ramaiah @ Ramaiah through unregistered^gift deed dated 20.07.1962 under Pasupu Kumkuma. The^petitioner succeeded to the subject land alter the death of^{his motherin the} year 2019. However, in the Dharani records the name of Mr. Porandla Ramaiah @ Ramaiah, the matemal^{grandfatherof the} petitioner is being reflected in the revenue records. That on being advised, petitioner has submitted online application bearing No.2300160798 dated 12.10.2023 for rectification of revenue entries and issuance ol e-pattadar passbook ln respect of the subject land. However, there is inaction on the part of respondent authorities in processing the Dharani application of the^petitioner. Hence, he was constrained to approach this Court.
