amending Telangana Public trmplo1..ment (Regu larization of Appointments to Public Servi<:es and Rationalization of Staff Pattern and Pay Structure), Act, 1994 and issued guidelines for regularization of contract emplo1,ss5. Learned counsel has further Submitted that the petitioners have lulfilled all thc conditions and guidelines enumerated in G.O.Ms.No.16, dated 26.02.2016 and therefore entitled for regularization. It is fur-ther submitted that based on the oral representations oI the petitioners, the third respondent has also recommended the case of the petitioners to the second respondent by way of scnding proposal for regularization of services of 15 Ie ft over contract lecturcrs working itt Government Polytechnic Collegcs and the same is pending consideration before the second rcspondent. Therefore, the learned counsel prayed this Court to direct lhe second respondent to pass appropriate orders on thc rccommendation made by respondent No.3.
