No- 43411lF which is situated at Velamula Village, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, Sanga Reddy District and to upload the name of the petitioner in a revenue records and non- initiating to issue e- pattadar passbooks to the petitioner on his cultivating land pending disposal of the writ petition.

This writ petition is filed praying this Court to declare^the action of respondent Nos.3 to 5 in not considering the^online application No.23OO140452, dated Ll.O9.2023 submitted by^the petitioner seeking for tracing out missing extent of land and for entering his name in the revenue records and also^{issuance of e-} pattadar pass book in respect of the missing extent of land adrneasuring Ac.2.O0 guntas in Sy.No.43al 1/F situated^at Velamula Village, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, Sanga^Reddy District as illegal and arbitrary.

The case of the petitioner is that he is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.2.0O^guntasin Sy.No.434/ 1/F situated at Velamula Village, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, Salga Reddy District. It is the further case of^the petitioner that his father had purchased the said property and during his life time he was cultivating the same and after his death, the petitioner had inherited the subject land by^intestate succession. It is the further case of the^petitioner that^even during his lifetime, his father has submitted representations^to mutate his name in the revenue records and the^revenue

authorities also visited the subject^{land andconducted} panchanama and recommended to mutate^{the nameof his father} in the reventte records, howevcr,^{no action has been taken. It is} the lurther case of the pctitioner^{that during Gram Sabha, the} petitioner hzrs requested the authorities to^{issue e-pattadar} passbook and he was informed that^{during updating subject land} in the Dharani portal, the^{subject land was not shown in the} revenue records. It is the further^{caseof the petitionerthat the} subject Iand has been deleted^{withoutfollowingdue processof law} and as his father's name^{was recorded as pattadar artd possessor} in the manual^pahani, the^{question of deletingthe subjectland} from Dharani portal does not arise.^{The grievance of the} petitioner is that he has submitted^{Dharani Applicationbearing} No.23OO140452, dated LL.O9.2023^{for tracingout missing extent} of land and for entering his^{name in the revenuerecords and also} issuance of e-pattadar^pass book in^{respect of the subject land.}

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for^Revenue appearing for the respondents has^{submitted that appropriate} action will be taken on the^{Dharani applicationof the petitioner,} in accordancc with law.

In view of the said submissions, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing respondent Nos.3 to 5 to consider the Dharani Application bearing No.2300140452, dated 11.O9.2023 submitted by the petitioner for recording his name in the Dharani records and for issuing e- pattadar pass book in respect of the missing extent of land i.e., Ac.2.00 guntas in Sy.No.434/l/F situated at Velamula Village, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, Sanga Reddy District, by issuing notice to all concerned/interested persons, and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
