In^proof ofthe same,^{they have filed copies of} latest Pattadar passbook, title deed, 1-B certificate^{and Dharani status.} The grievance of the petitioners is that^{respondents have paid} Ry'thubandu benefit to the^petitioners up to^{Yasangi 2021} afi thereafter they have not^paid the same.^{Therefore, present Writ} Petition.

Whereas, learned Assistant Gov€mment Pleader^for Revenue on instructions would submit that on^{receipt of report from} the Mandal Agriculture Officer,^{respondentNo.2 will disburse} Rythubandu. Mandal Agriculture Officer^{is not a partyto the present} Writ Petition. Petitioners herein have^{not filedany representation to} the respondent No.2 with a request^{to pay Rythubandubenefitto} them. Leamed Assistant Government^{Pleaderfor Revenueis not in a} position to get instructions from respondent No.2.

4- In view of the aforesaid discussion, this Writ Petition^is disposed of granting liberty to the^petitioners to^{submit written} representation to the respondent No.2^along with^supporting documents with a request to^{payRythubandubenefit and alsothe} arrears within one week from today and on^{receiptof the said} application, respondent No.2 shall consider the same^{and pass}

appropriate orders in accordance with law. If, r'espondent No.2 is not inclined to accept the request made by the petitioners, he shall assign specific reasons and pass a reasoned order, communicate copy of the said order to the petitioners herein. He shall complete the aforesaid enquiry within two (02) weeks thereafter. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ
