This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Manclamus to declare the action o[ the respondent Nos.S and 6 interfering into the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the subject land under the guise of proceedings No.EI/gO9/2019, dated 02.08.2O 19, issued by respondent No.2, as illegal and arbitrary.

2- It is the case of the petitioner that respondent Nos. I to 4 made an attempt to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the subject land and aggrieved thereby, the petitioner hled Writ petition No.24gO3 of 2022 betore this Court and the said Writ petition was disposed of by an order dated 14.06.2022, wherein this Court directed respondent Nos. I to 4 herein not to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the pctitioner over the subject property.

However, this Writ petition is hled complaining the action of respondent Nos.5 and 6 herein in interfering with the possession over the subject land under the guise of proceedings No.E1 /8O9/20 19, dared 02.OS.20 19.
