Rc.No. 300lA3lA4|ATlTransfers/2023, dated 211012023 issued by the 1st respondent transferring the petitioner from agency area to plain area in contravention of the undertaken given by the Government Pleader before this Honourable Court in W.P.No. 26397 of 2023, daled 231912023 as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and violative of Articles 14, 16, 21 , 244 (1) of the Fifth Schedule of Constitution of lndia and consequently set-aside the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned and hold that the petitioner is entitled for transfer to any Agency Area school or to continue in the present school i.e. ZPHS Malkaram, Dammapet Mandal.
