Petition under A.rlicle 226 of the Constltution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of respondent authorities in not considering the petitioners service from the date of appointment for fixing the seniority and preparing the seniority list for promotions by considering the petitioners representations, dated3O-1-2023, the teachers appointment notification in the year 2000, dated. 4-7-2000 and this Honble Court order in WP, No. 11135 of 20'19, dated. 6-2-2023, as illegal arbitrary and against the principals of natural justice. Consequently to direct the respondent authorities to prepare the seniority list and fixing the petitioners seniority basing on their respective appointments under separate notifications by considering the petitioners representalions, dated. 3O-1-2023, appointment notification, dated 4-7-2000 and others and this Honble High Court order dated. 6- 2-2023 in WP. No- 11735 of 2019.

This Writ Petition is hled seeking a direction to the respondents to prepare the seniority list and fix the petitioners' senioriLsr basing on their respective appointments under separate notifications and to pass such other order or orders.

In spite of making the above prayer in the Writ Petition, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are limiting their prayer only to a direction to respondents to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioners dated 02.11.2023 which is filed before this Court along with memo dated 03.rr.2023.

Learned Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for respondents No.1 to 14, is also heard.

In view of the fact that the only prayer of the petitioners is to consider their representation dated 02.11.2023, this Court deems it fit and proper to direct the respondents to consider the said
