In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction to the responden.ts to consider the representation of the petitioner dated ll.lO.2O23 to post him to English Medium School and eancel the order transferring him.to Telugur Medium Sihool.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the representation of the petitioner has been sent to the respondents throu.gh Registered Post Acknowledgment Due, but no action has been taken thereon till date.

Learned Government Pleader for Services I appearing for the respondents submitted that 50%o of all the Government Schools are being taught English Medium, and therefore, the petitioner can also teach in English in the Government Telugu Medium School.

In view of the fact that^{the petitionerhas} already made a representation dated 11.10.2023, this Court deems it fit and^proper to direct the^respondents to consider the representation of the^{petitionerdated} ll.l}.2o23 and pass appropriate orders^thereon, within a period of Four (04) weeks from^{the date of} receipt of a copy of this order. Till such^{time, stafus} Eto^{as on today shallbe maintained.}
