No. A1/HR/051DRDAI2O23, dated. 111O112023, by reinstatement in to duties of the petitioner, and same as been illegal, arbitrary, unjust, and its nothing but misuse of their official powers and also pecuniary advantage by abusing their positions as public servants and its violation of Articles 14, 19,21 of constitution of India and also its violation of MGNREGS Act and its guidelines and consequently direct the respondents herein, particularly 2nd respondent to 8th respondents herein, forthwith allow the petitioner or permit the petitioner, to perform his duties as assigned by the respondents, i.e., FIELD Assistant, IVGNREGS, Kalakova Village, Munagala Mandal, by considering the 6th respondent reinstatement order passed in favour of the petitioner, vide procgs. No. A1/HR/05/DRDA/2023. dated. 1 1 101 12023.
