"...to issue a writ, order or direction more particularty in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the Respondents No.3 to 5 in pressurizing the Petitioners to withdraw the Civil Suit filed by them vide O.S.N).99 of 2020 on the file of the Senior Civil ludge, MedchalMalkajgiri District, at Medchal by giving up their right, titte and possession of their land admeasuring Ac.3,05 gts. situated in Sy.No.366 (Ac.2.10 gts.) and Sy.No.j67 (Ac.0.35 gts,) of Dundigal Village in favour of the unofficial Respondent Nos.O to 8 herein threatening the Petitioners to iland over the possession to the Respondent Nos.6 to 8 and frequently calling the petitioners to Dundigal Police Station, thereby, illegally interfering with tife, and liberty of the Petitioners as arbitrary, illegal, contrary to setued principles of law, in violation of Articles 14,21,85,300A of the Constitution of India, and consequently direct the Respondent Nos.3 to 5 not to pressurize the Petitioners to withdraw the O.S.No.99 of 2020 on the file of the Senior Civil ludge, Medchal- Malkajgiri District, at Medchal, by giving up their right, title and possession of their land admeasuring Ac.3.O5 gts. situated in Sy.No,366 (Ac,Z.70 gts.) and Sy.No.367 (Ac.0.35 gts.) of Dundigal Village in favour of the unofficial Respondent Nos,6 to I herein, not to hand over the possession to the Respondent No.6 to I and also not to call the petitioners to Dundigal Police Station..."
