The case of the petitioner is that he is the absolute owner and Possessor of plot No.9Z /A admeasuring 333 square yards situated in survey No.140I of Subhash Nagar, Karimnagar Town and District, having purchased tl:e same under a registered s ale deed dated 15.02.2023 vide document bearing No.7O9 7 /2023. It is the further case of the petitioner that respondent Nos.S to g, with an intention to grab the said property, are not only frequently interfering with his possession but also making efforts to forcibly dispossess him from the said property and threatening to foist false cases against him, which constrained him to lodge complaints dated 2g.O2.2O23, 10.C8.2023 arrd 20.08.2023 on the file of respondent No.4. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the said complaints reveal cognisable offence, so far respondent No.4 has not taken any steps for registration of crime against respondent Nos.5 to B.
