This Writ Petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents No. I to 3 in refusing to provide new domestic seryice connection to petitioner's house bearing No.1-6-212/1O7 /65/49, Gangaputra Coloby, Ramnagar, Musheerabad, Hyderabad and consequently to direct the respondents No.1 to 3 to receive the application and to provide new domestic service connection to the above referred premises and to pass such other order or orders.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no more and the legal heirs of the petitioners are not interested to pursue the Writ Petition and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
