Having considered the submissions made by the respective parties, without going into the merits of the case, respondent No.2_ Gram panchayat is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 0s.09.2023 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with iaw, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
