Petition under Article 226 bf the Constitulion of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affilavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate JVrit, orOer or direction more particularly one in I the nature WRIT OF MANDAMUS, declaring the action of the Respondent No. 1 in issuing G.O.Ms. No.27, School Education (Programme-ll) Department dt. 0711112022 to the extent where the blind students of Class X are compulsorily exempted from studying and writi[g any one (1) language out of three' as being detrimental to the interest of blihd students, violating their fundamental rights guaranteed under Article 14, 19 and 21A of the Constitution apart from being violative of the spirit of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (RPwD) Act, 2016 and consequently direct the Respondents to allow those of blind students who are willing to study and write all three languages in their Class X Board exams.
