ln this writ^petition, the^{petitioners are aggrieved by the action of} the respondent No.2 in^{not announcingand proceeding with the final} selection^process for the^{post of Child DevelopmentProjectOfficer} (CDPO) in Women Development and Child^{WelfareDepartment} pursuant to the notification No.13/2023 dated^{05.09'2023 evenafter} completion of the entire^{processof selection suchas publication of the} merit list, verification of^{certificatesof 54 candidatesetc., as unjust,} illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Standing Counsel^{for the respondentNo.2-Telangana} State Public Service Commission^{(fSPSC), Sri M. RamgopalRao,} submitted that after^{publishingthe merit list, further action has to be} taken by the TSPSC^{and since there is an allegationof leakage of} question papers of Group-l Services^{preliminaryexamination,} Divisional Accounts Officer^{Grade-lland Assistant Executive} Engineers and an enquiry^{is underprogress,the results havebeen} kept in abeyance. He also^{submitted that the appointments to the post} of ICDS, Additional^{ChildDevelopmentProject Officer,Managerof} Ware House and^{Extension Officer(Supervisor)Grade-l in Women} Development and^{Child Welfare Departmentare also keptin} abeyance. He^{placed reliance upon the averments made in the counter}

affidavit filed in a simitar matter i.e., w.p.No.9600 of 2023 in support of the above contentions.

Taking the rival contentions into consideration, this rlourt finds that the respondent No.2-TSpSC, in their counter affidavit fired in w.P.No.9600 of 2023, asserted that there is no aflegation of reakage of paper in respect of the examination conducted for the post of chird Development Project officer (cDpo) pursuant to the notification No.1312023 dated 05.09.2023. ln such circumstances, there is no reason as to why, even after publishing the merit list, the final selection process should not be concluded. ln view of the same, the respondent No.2 is directed to conclude the final selection process for the post of Child Development Project Officer (CDPO) in Women D€)velopment and child welfare Departmen pursuant to the notification flo.13/2023 dated 05.09.2023 within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
