Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praving that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order or direction more panicularly writ of mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents, without following the due process of law to widening the Gajwel-Pragnapur road, and interfering with the possession of the petitioner house property bearing H.No. 4-52 (6-92196 old), Old Market Main Road, Kotamaisamma Temple, and H. No. 15-82, Old Market Main Road, Near Kotamaisamma Temple, and H. No. 14-115, Vegetable Maket, and H. No. 2-133, Old Police Sation Oppsite Line, Near Kotamaisamnra Temple, and H.No. 15-83, Old Market Road, Near Kotamaisamma Temple, and H.No. 14-12, Gajwel, and all the House properties are situated at Gajwel Tovrn, Mandal and Municipality, Siddipet District, is illegal, u nconstitutiona l, and violates the Articles 14, 19,21 and 300-4 of the Constitution of lndia, and consequently direct the Respondents that not to interfere with the possession of the petitioner house property bearing H. No. 15-712, Pathabasti, Gajwel Town, Gajrrrel Mandal and Muncipality, Siddipet District, without issuinq notice/notificatio n and without following due process of law to acquire the property.
