This writ Petition is hled seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.3 and 4 in entertaining the registrations of sale deeds presented by respondent Nos.S and 6 in favour of third parties in respect of the subject property, as illegal and arbitrary.

It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have already hied O.S.No.449 of 2O2O on the hle of the Court of the Junior Civil Judge at Jangaon seeking partition of the subject property and the said_ suit is pending for trial before the said Court. Pending disposal of the said suit, the unollicial respondent Nos.S and 6 herein, who are the parties to the said suit, are contemplating to execute registered documents in respect of the property, which is the subject matter of the pending O.S.No.449 of 2O2O and creating third pargr interest. Thereby, to avoid multiplicity of the litigation, it is prayed to pass appropriate orders directing respondent Nos.3 and 4 not to entertain any registration in respect of the subject property.
