When the matter is taken up lor consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the State of Telangana while repealing the Pattadar Pass Books Act, l97l introduced Record of Rights under the Telangana Rights in land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2O2O (Telangana Act No.9 of 2O2Ol and also framed Rules uide G.O.Ms.No.4, Revenue(Assignment-l) Dept., dated 12.01.2021 and by virtuc of the new enactment and Rules thereunder, the petitioner may be granted liberty to make an application seeking mutation of his name in the revenue records in the Dharani Portal.

In view of the above said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to thc petitioner to make necessary application invoking the Rules undcr Dharani Portal.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
