Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos.4 to 15 in nonconsidering the representations of the petitioner and non-initiating to take necessary action to implemenl the G.O.tr/s.No.3, dated 081112015 and noninitiating to implement the directions of the Government of Telangana to use the Manual Labour to load the sand into vehicles of Lorries and Tractors and others vehicles and using the prolainers, and non-providing the employment to the

Labour by colluding with the respondent No,16 to 28 by obtaining the crores of bribes from them is highly illegal, arbitrary, u n constitutional, violation of Principles of Natural Justice and also in violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of lndia and consequently direct the respondent Nos.4 to 15 to consider the representations of the petitioner and to take necessary action to implement the G.O.Ms.No.3, dated OBl1l2O15 and to implement the directions of the Government of Telangana to use the Manual Labour to load the sand into vehicles of Lorries and Tractors and others vehicles and using the prolainers, and to provide the employment to the Labour by colluding with the respondent Nos.16 to 28, by obtaining the crores of bribes from them.
