Petition under Anicle 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the aflidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issuo a Writ, order or direction, particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondent No.6 in not receiving and rcgistering thc documcnts presented by the Petitioner in respect of Agricultural land in Sy. Nos. 74, 75 and 87 admcasuring Ac.l-38 Guntas, Ac.l-26 Gts., and Ac.8-00 Guntas in total Ac.ll-24 Gunts, situated at Penchikalpahad Village, Bhongir Mandal, Yadadri Bhongir District, on the grtrund that the Respondent No.3 issued a Memo No.G2l54O2/2O16 dated 09.12.2019 wherein including the list of prope(ies under Section 22-A of Registration Act, 1908 belongs to the properties of Gangster Nayeemuddin at Nayeern including the comrnunicatioi.r dt.09.12.2019 issued by Respondcnt No.5 and communication lctter No.R0R-l/ t 140i2019 dt.05.12.2019 and also the letter issued in C. No. 170/Crime, BGR Rural/2016 datcd 20-09-2016 issued by the Respondent No.4, as the same is illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of Section 22-A of Registration ACt, 1908 and Consequcntly declare the Memo No. GZl540212016 datd. O9-12-2O l9 issued by Respondcnt No.3 and letter issued in C.No. I 7O/Crimes BCR Rural/20 l6 dated 29-082016 issr.red by Respondent No.4, is illegal, arbitrary without jurisdiction and same is liablc to be sct aside, and pass such other order or ordcrs may dccrn fit and proper in the circumstances ol' the case.
