The limited relief as sought for by the petitioner is a direction to Respondent Nos.1 to 5 to release the power supply to the Petitioner's residential building in plot No.262, admeasuring 244.44 sy.yards., in Survey Nos.200, 203, 204, 2O5, 2t2, 2L3, 2t5/A, 229, 230,248, 249, 250,25t, 252 and 254, Sri Sai Balaji Enclave, lvlallampet Village, Dundigal Gandimaisamma Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District., and bounded by North:Plot No.263; South: Plot No.261; East:Plot No.245; West:40L0" wide road.

4, The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent Nos. 1 to 4 have not processed the application of the petitioner through online seeking power supply vide acknowledgment dated 28.07.2023 to Petitioner's residential building in plot No.262, admeasuring 244.44 sy.yards., in Survey Nos.200, 203, 2O4,205, 2t2,2t3,215/A,229, 230,248, 249, 250, 257, 252 and 254, Sri Sai Balaji Enclave, Mallampet Vittage, Dundigal Gandimaisamma Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District and further no orders have been passed on the petitioner's application vide acknowledgment dated 28.07.2023, till as on d ate.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.19355 of 2023 and the same is not disputed by Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TSSPDCL appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 4.
