Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government^pteader for Municipal Administration appearing on behalf of respondent No.1 and Mr.K.Siddharth Rao, learned standing counset for GHMC appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 4.

It is the speciFic case of the petitioner that the petitioner vide representations dated 20.10.2016, 09.08.2017 and 01.02.2023 addressed to respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4, has requested for payment of compensation pertaining to the land of the petitioner in Sy.Nos.735/2 & 135/3 to an extent oF Ac.00.32 Guntas situated at Gudimalkar Village, Asif Nagar, Hyderabad, which was taken by the respondent authorities for formation of road from Venkateshwara Towers to Balaji Nagar, opposite to New Market yard, Gudimalkar Village, Asif Nagar, Hyderabad, but t.hough the respondents received the said representations yet, the same had not been considered by the respondents till as on date and the latest representation of the petitioner dated 01.02.2023 has been
