Petition under Afticle 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly a writ in the nature of writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not registering, while presented, the deed of conveyance concerning flat No.302 in 3rd floor, Lakshmi Sai Nilayam, admeasuring 1,650 sq.ft together with 67.42 sq. yards in premises bearing No.8-3-231lW129, in Plot No.29, situated within the approved layout of the Women's Co-operative House Building Society Ltd., on the alleged ground that the 3rd respondent has directed the said authority not to register any deeds of conveyance concerning the plots through his proceedings Lr. LN/LO1/9887/1988, 16-6-2006, as being illegal, arbitrary, and violative of Articles 14 and 300-4 of the Constitution of lndia, apart from the various judgments of the Honourable Supreme Court, as well as this Hon'ble Court and consequentially direct the 2nd respondent to register the deed of sale executed by the petitioner's vendor in her favour by receiving the necessary application in the interest ofjustice.
