Mahabubnagar District, was acquired by Land Acquisition officer, by passing an Award, dated 18.11.2010 and on the request made by the petitioners herein, the same was referred to the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Narayanpet under Section 1B of the Land Acquisition Act, 1g94 (for short.the Act, 1894'). Considering the said reference, the Civil Court passed a judgment and decree, dated 04.12.2012, enhancing the compensation and the same was modified in LAAS No.363 of 2013. Seeking execution of the said judgment and decree .asmodified,the petitioners herein filed E.p.No.7 of 2023 on ; the file of Court of Senior Civil Judge, Narayanpet. tn the said E.P., respondent No.4 herein stated to have entered appearance and the said execution proceedings are being dragged on from time to time and are still pending. Respondent No.4 herein failed to deposit the decretal amount in spite of the saidjudgment and decree having become final. Aggrieved by the said inaction on the part of respondent No.4 and the action of respondent Nos.1 and 2 in making available the required funds for complying with the saidjudgment and decree, thepresent writpetition is filed.
