In this writ petition, the petiti<-,ner is seeking a direction to the respondents to receive the outstanding dues in respect of the Electricit5r Meter No.R262676 (NR258151537422) and restore the electricity connection to the petitioner's office in the premises bearing Municipal No.:17 -2-2lO l2/A, situated at Santoshnagar X Road, I.S.Sadan, Hyderabad and to pass such other order or orders.

The matter was posted today to enable the learned Standing counsel for the respondents to get instructions in the matter.

Learned Standing counsel, on instructions submitted that ttrere is no disconnection of electricity meter of the petitioner as alleged by him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, reiterated ihat the clectricity connection has been disconnected and the meter also has been taken away by the respondents.

In view of the above submission of learned Standing counsel, this Court deems it ht and proper to direct the officers of the respondents to inspect the premises on 27.O1.2O23 at 3 p.m., in the presence of petitioner and if it is found that the meter has been taken away by the respondents, then power supply shall be restored subject to payment of arrears of due amount by the petitioner in respect of the said connection.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with above directions. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
