Mr.O.Swaroop, the learned counsel on record, appearing on behalf of petitioner brings on record the letter dated 18.08.2023 in the present Writ petition addressed to the Registrar(ludicial), High Court of Telangana.
A bare perusal of the same indicates that the petitioner in the present Writ petition addressed a letter, dated 16.08.2023 to the Counsel on record requesting the r:ounsel to initiate steps to withdraw the case filed by him sirrce the grievance oF the petitioner had been settled by the respondents and the petitioner seeks leave of this Court for withdrawal of W.P.No.16375 of 2018.
Taking into consideration the contents of the letter of the petitioner dated 16.08.2023 and also the submissions of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitionr:r, the W.P.No.16375 of 2018 is dismissed as withdrawn. Ho^,ever, there shall be no order as to costs.
