ORDER :
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Forests submits that the Government issued G.O.Ms.No.69 Environment, Forests, Science and Technology (FOR I) and the same was published in Gazette No.16, Hyderabad dated 05.08.2022 framing new rules. The petitioner has to make a fresh application for grant of license pursuant to the above G.O.
permitted to submit fresh application for grant of license as per G.O.Ms.No.69 dated 05.08.2022. As soon as the application is submitted, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks thereafter.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
