Heard Sri G.Venkat Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Sri B.Dilip Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration, who is representing Respondent Nos. 1 to 7

This Writ Petition is frled seeking al order, more particularly, in the nature of Wrtt of Mandamus declaring the order that is passed by the District Registrar, Medak at Sangareddy i.e., the 3.d respondent herein, in Appeal No.3O of 2019, dated 2L.11.2019, as illegal and unjust and consequently to direct the Registering Authority to register the Sale deed dated 12.O7.2019.

Contending that the order of the Sub-Registrar, Toopran, i.e., the 4th respondent herein, in passing al order of refusal and confirmation of the same in Appeal by the f,.a respondent i.e., the District Registrar, Medak at Sangareddy, is illegal and without any basis, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners purchased Ac.21.22 % guntas of land located in Sy.Nos.3B7/14, 357 lS, 3BZlT,

The Registering Authoitg is directed to entertain tlrc document if presented bg the petitioners i.e., tlqe Sale deed regarding 21.22 % guntas of land in Sg.Nos.387/14, sB7/5, 387/7, 387/8, sB7/1s & 387/ 17 of Yauapur Village, Toopran Manda\ Medak Distict, register and reLease th-e document on thorough ueification of prohibitory list and in case the said land is not present in the prohibitory list. In case the subject land is present in the prohibitory list, an order mag be passed to tltat effect indicating the reasons for refusat and the document uLlticlt fonned basis for such refusal, shaLl be indicated in the refusal order. A copy of the refusal order shall also be furnished to the petttioners. There shall be no order as to costs.
