This Writ Petition is liled seeking the following
substantive relief

"to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction, more particularlv, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action ol respondent No.3 i.e. the Sub-Registrar, Ramagundam, Peddapalli District, in refusing to receive and register the sale deed presented by the petitioner in respecr of open land admeasuring 3702.60 square vards in Sy.No.41 of Malkapur Village, Municipal Corporation Ramagundam, Mandal parishad Ramagundam, Peddapalli District, within Registrarion District Karimnagar and Sub-District peddapalli, on the basis of Memo No.G3 l3'247 /2OtB dated 01.OS.2019 issued by respondent No,2, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to direct respondent No.3 to receive and register the sale deed presented by the petitioner in respect of the subject land.'
