Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndiapraying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not regularizing the services of thepetitioners as Hostel Welfare Officers Grade-ll asper thepolicy of the Government issued vide G.O.Ms.No.16, Finance(HRM.l) Department dt.26.O2.2016, even though the services of similarlyplacedpersons were regularized vide G.O.Ms.No.57, dated 19.12.2016, as illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory, violative of 14 and'16 of the Constitution of lndia and consequently direct the respondents to regularize the services of thepetitioners as Hostel Welfare Officers Gr-ll as per the regularizationpolicy of the Government of Telangana, vide G.O.Ms.No.16, Finance (HRM.l) Department dt.26.02.20'16,rt necessary by granting relaxation in favour of thepetitioners, as was done in respect of similarly placedpersons, with all service and monitory benefits.
